• Partner with small and minority businesses in Southwest Virginia who may not have the resources to become and stay Micro SWaM Certified, but who are excited about providing products and services to the State of Virginia.

• Partner with other businesses in Southwest Virginia to help keep the State of Virginia supplied with products and services that cannot be found presently through a small minority Southwest Virginia vendor.

• Serve as a conduit between state agencies and out of state products that are not available from Virginia-based businesses.
